Concept of hot and cold

Recording the mistakes/problems (gifs ?)

Not make a note if something is satisfactory

Notes should be correct and sufficient to make you keep looking at bad habits or poor discipline

Pre-emptive goals before watching

Ask quantifiable question and check the ratio.

If a specific game elicits feelings, watch its replay

Come to the vods with questions (preferably questions with a quantifiable answer). This way, you don't analyze the whole vod, you just extract from what you need.
